NHL 21: Weber and Price among the elite
The popular EA Sports NHL video game series has unveiled some ratings from the players of the Bettman Circuit for its 2021 edition and two players from the Montreal Canadiens are among the elite.
Carey Price, with a score of 90, is in fact tied with three other goalkeepers for the second best goaltender in the National Hockey League (NHL).
With a score of 91, it is the winner of the Stanley Cup with the Lightning of Tampa Bay Andrei Vasilevskiy who takes the palm this year.
Shea Weber, on the other hand, is seventh among defensemen by virtue of his score of 88. The oldest defenseman in the top 10 is overtaken by Victor Hedman (91), John Carlson (91), Drew Doughty (91), Roman Josi (90), Alex Pietrangelo (90) and Erik Karlsson (89).
It was impossible to beat Weber in his favorite class, however, as the 6’4 », 230lb fullback had the NHL’s strongest slapshot tied with Alex Ovechkin, according to EA Sports.
The game « NHL 21 » will be available to « gamers » around the world on October 16th.
