Buffalo Bills linebacker Dane Jackson suffered a neck injury in a collision with a teammate Monday night and was taken to hospital for evaluation.

The team said Jackson had movement in all of his limbs, and was having a scan and X-ray at Erie County Medical Center.
Jackson was injured late in the second quarter against the Tennessee Titans. He tackled receiver Treylon Burks from behind after a 12-yard catch. As Jackson lay on Burks’ back, linebacker Tremaine Edmunds dove and hit his teammate directly in the helmet. Jackson’s neck bent backward after the collision.
After the game, Titans running back Hassan Haskins pulled Jackson off Burks. Jackson lay face down and tapped the grass with his right arm.
The game was delayed nearly 10 minutes while team doctors attended to Jackson, who was moving his legs. He was then evacuated on a stretcher, then in an ambulance which took him off the pitch.
Jackson is a third-year player who started the season replacing Tre’Davious White, who continues to recover from a left knee injury he suffered last year.
