NFL: Ryan Tannehill saw his name added to Titans’ COVID-19 roster

The Tennessee Titans put their quarterback Ryan Tannehill’s name on the reserve list for COVID-19 on Thursday.

The shift has been vaccinated against COVID-19 and his absence will need to be for a period of five to 10 days so that he can receive two negative diagnoses within a 48-hour window.

The Titans’ season opener is Sept. 12 against the Arizona Cardinals. Since holding training with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Florida, the Titans have seen seven of their players diagnosed positive for COVID-19.

Head coach Mike Vrabel was also added to the number last Sunday. Former Titans kicker Ryan Succop, who now plays for the Bucs, also received a positive result.
