NFL Pools: Everything to Meet Your Needs
Casually, the NFL is already in its 10th week of activities. For the majority of poolers, this means that there are five weeks left to stabilize their presence in the playoffs or to attempt a rise in the standings.

Here are some interesting options to target on waivers for the end of the regular season:
Matt Ryan, quarterback (available in 44% of Yahoo! leagues)
The veteran Atlanta Falcons just delivered his second best performance of the season in a 27-25 win over the New Orleans Saints. Ryan will face several points-giving teams in the coming weeks, including the Dallas Cowboys this week.
Trey Lance, quarterback (available in 82% of Yahoo! leagues)
This option is for those who have room on their bench. The freshman is yet to start with the San Francisco 49ers, but it wouldn’t be surprising to see the situation change anytime soon. Indeed, the Niners are not winning much, so why not give the ball to the athlete they selected with the third overall pick in the last draft?
Running back Devonta Freeman (available in 79% of Yahoo! leagues)
For the Baltimore Ravens, Latavius Murray was due to make a comeback last week, but he was ultimately not sufficiently recovered from an ankle injury. This allowed Freeman to have the start. Considering the Maryland club playing this Thursday, it wouldn’t be surprising if the substitute is called upon to play a lot again.
Ty Johnson, running back (available in 79% of Yahoo! leagues)
Despite his limited use, Johnson always ends up finding a way to rake in points for those who decide to dress him up. If ever Mike White is able to return to the game for the New York Jets vs. Buffalo Bills clash, the running back should be his go-to target for short passes.
Wide receiver Michael Gallup (available in 52% of Yahoo! leagues)
Injured during the first week of operations, Gallup is expected to return to the Cowboys lineup on Sunday. Dangerous in deep areas, he is a formidable option for a pooler with a glaring lack of production in his receiving group.
Brandon Aiyuk, wide receiver (available in 39% of Yahoo! leagues)
The 49ers wide receiver caught six of eight throws sent in his direction for 89 yards and a touchdown last week. The previous week, he had been targeted seven times. A player targeted in this way deserves to be considered.
Van Jefferson Jr., wide receiver (available in 57% of Yahoo! leagues)
Like Aiyuk, Jefferson Jr. is interesting because his quarterback regularly throws the ball to him. He should also have a good night’s work next Monday, when the Los Angeles Rams try to bounce back against the 49ers next Monday.
Pat Freiermuth, tight end (available in 59% of Yahoo! leagues)
The Pittsburgh Steelers rep is included in our suggestions for a second straight week, as he is emerging as one of the best tight ends in the NFL pools. In his last three outings, Freiermuth has amassed at least 43 yards per game and registered three majors.
