NFL Biosciences in the lower end of the range
For any first subscription to the Direct Horizon Bourse contract between 1er July and July 31, 2021 inclusive with an initial payment invested at a minimum of 20% in units of account not guaranteed in capital, the member will be able to benefit from a welcome offer of his choice:
- a premium according to the amount of the initial payment (offer code: PRVIE19): € 120 for an initial payment between € 3,000 and € 10,000 or a premium of € 170 for an initial payment greater than € 10,000,
- or up to € 500 brokerage fees offered (offer code: CTVIE19) on their Bourse Direct account for a initial payment greater than or equal to € 3,000.
The premium (offer code: PRVIE19) will be paid, within 3 months after acceptance of membership by Bourse Direct and Generali Vie, on the external bank account referenced during the membership process, provided that the contract is still in progress on that date and subject to compliance with the conditions of the offer on the date of payment of the premium.
The offer of reimbursed brokerage fees (offer code: CTVIE19) cannot be applied only to a person holding an account with Bourse Direct (securities account, PEA or PEA-PME). For 6 months from the end of the 30-day waiver period (of the Direct Horizon Exchange contract), brokerage fees for orders of less than € 100,000 executed on financial instruments listed on Euronext Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels (excluding UCITS, excluding financial contracts, excluding telephone supplement, excluding CRD deferred settlement commission, excluding SRD / ROR order transfer and excluding tax on financial transactions) will be reimbursed within a maximum period of 2 months within the limit of € 500.
Offer valid for the very first subscription to the Direct Horizon Bourse contract, subject to receipt of a complete membership file (all the supporting documents requested on the file must be attached) no later than July 31 included (postmark or electronic signature as proof), of the chosen welcome offer (offer code to be indicated to Bourse Direct imperatively: PRVIE19 or CTVIE19) and the acceptance of membership by Bourse Direct and by Generali Vie. Offers (bonuses or brokerage fees) are reserved for any beneficiary of the offer code provided for each of these offers. The first payment is part of the required supporting documents for joining a Direct Horizon Stock Exchange Contract.
If the member completely redeems or renounces his life insurance contract during the 12 months following his effective enrollment, Bourse Direct reserves the right to implement recovery procedures corresponding to the welcome premium.
Bourse Direct reserves the right to refuse on a discretionary basis a subscription to the Bourse Direct Horizon contract and to refuse or definitively exclude from participation in this operation any person who does not comply with the conditions of the offer. Bourse Direct reserves the right to interrupt or modify the offer at any time, subject to prior information being provided on its website www.boursedirect.fr. Offer cannot be combined with any other current offer.
