NFL: Antony Auclair joins the Titans
Quebec tight end Antony Auclair has found a new team since he accepted a contract with the Tennessee Titans.
He will join the Titans’ practice squad.
Last August, Auclair was released by the Houston Texans following training camp. We had thought that this release would only be temporary, the time to allow him to heal an injury to his left knee.
Last March, Auclair, 29, accepted a contract worth $2.2 million, of which $1.6 million was guaranteed.
In career, Auclair played 56 games with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Texans. He won the Super Bowl as a backup with the Bucs in February 2021. Last year, Auclair caught his first touchdown pass in the NFL.
