The Montreal Canadiens traded the veteran shea Weber at the Golden Knights in Las Vegas. In return, the Habs get their hands on the striker Evgenii Dadonov. The captain of the Canadian is currently placed on the long-term injured list and he may never return to the game, despite a contract still valid for three years. Dadonov has a one-year contract, he had 43 points in 78 games last year with Vegas.
