NBA: Zion Williamson has started training again with his teammates
New Orleans Pelicans star Zion Williamson, who had surgery on one foot in August, is back in collective training, his club announced on Friday.
« Williamson participated in a 4v4 opposition today, and will continue his progress towards a return to competition, » the statement said. No return date on the floors of the NBA is however mentioned.
Surgery for a broken right foot in early August, the 21-year-old has yet to play with his team this season.
This is the fourth injury in two and a half years for the number one in the 2019 draft.
