Senegalese striker Moussa Djitté is leaving Grenoble for Austin (MLS), where he signed a four-year contract with the final year optional.

Grenoble loses its offensive forces. After Willy Semedo in Paphos (Cypriot L1), it is Moussa Djitté’s turn to leave GF38 for a distant destination. Senegalese striker officially committed to Austin FC, resident of MLS.

The Texas franchise announces the signing of a three-year contract, with an optional additional year. The amount of the transaction would be around 3 million euros. Author of 15 goals in 67 games with Grenoble, the native of Diatouma had previously worn the colors of FC Sion and Niarry Tally in his country.

Senegalese international in the U20 and U23 categories, Moussa Djitté was noticed last year by Levante but then chose to stay in Grenoble. The time has come for him to take the plunge to the other side of the Atlantic.

“I have learned a lot in Grenoble since my arrival. In the field placement. Also in the tactical sense, ”he told Football365 Africa last February. It is now Austin who will benefit from this successful apprenticeship.
