MLB: Blue Jays have named pitcher Tanner Roark for subpoena

The Toronto Blue Jays named pitcher Tanner Roark on assignment on Friday.

The gunner has recorded one loss this season in three games, including just one start. He posted an earned run average of 6.43 in seven innings pitched.

Roark joined the Jays in 2020 and he was 2-3 with an earned-run average of 6.80. He has also worn the colors of the Washington Nationals, Cincinnati Reds and Oakland Athletics during his career.

The Jays also announced that Teoscar Hernandez will return to the game in the evening after seeing his name on the COVID-19 list.
