Mercato – South Africa: Gambian Modou Jobe joins Blacks Leopards
Gambian goalkeeper Alagie Modou Jobe will now continue his football career in South Africa. Blacks Leopards Football Club have struck a deal with the 32-year-old for a one-season deal.
After finishing his contract with Saudi club Jeddah FC, several netizens saw Alagie Modou Jobe sign at a Nigerian club. But the goalkeeper joined the South African club from the Blacks Leopards Premier League.
He signed a one-year contract with an optional extra year. Jobe played between 2006 and 2014 in the Gambian club Réal de Banjul and was called up for the first time in 2007.
