Mercato: a Spanish club wants to divert Simeone from Marseille

The day before yesterday, we relayed the information according to which the name of Giovanni Simeone would appear on the tablets of the Zenith Saint Petersburg. The Russian club would have no problem paying the € 12 million expected by Cagliari to release its 26-year-old striker, but the latter would be more inclined to take up the Marseille challenge. The concern is that OM president Pablo Longoria must sell before he can sign a big check at the Sardinian club.
