Marco Andretti enters the SRX Series
Marco Andretti is entering the SRX Series for the 2021 season. This series was created by Ray Evernham and Tony Stewart.
A few weeks ago Marco Andretti announced his stop as a full-time driver in the NTT IndyCar Series. Today, Marco Andretti is entering the SRX Series.
From 2006 to 2020, Marco Andretti recorded two victories and twenty podiums in IndyCar. It also has starts in the A1 Grand Prix as well as in endurance, notably at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
I am very happy to join the SRX Series. I can’t wait to race against some motorsport legends from different series. I am particularly delighted to come face to face with my friend Tony Stewart.

This brand new series in motorsport now has ten drivers. Marco Andretti joins Tony Stewart, Hélio Castroneves, Bobby Labonte, Paul Tracy, Tony Kanaan, Willy T. Ribbs, Mark Webber, Bill Elliott and Ernie Francis Jr.
The very first season of the championship will begin on June 12 at Stafford Motor Speedway and end on July 17 at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway. In the meantime the series will go to Knoxville Raceway, Eldora Speedway, Lucas Oil Raceway and Slinger Speedway.
