Major League Soccer shares its match schedule on Apple TV
Major League Soccer today announced its schedule for the 2023 season, with every game to be shown live on the Apple TV app in over 100 countries, as part of a new 10-year partnership between the league and Apple.
An MLS Season Pass subscription is required to watch most games, but TV+ subscribers will be able to watch some games for free. The MLS Season Pass will be available beginning February 1 for $14.99/month or $99/season, but Apple TV+ subscribers can subscribe for a discounted price of $12.99/month and $79/season.
Apple says most games in the 2023 Major League Soccer season will be played on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Select games will also be available on the Fox networks in the United States and TSN and RDS in Canada.
The Apple TV app is currently available on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, Roku sticks and Amazon Fire TV, Roku TV and select smart TVs from LG Samsung, Sony and Vizio. Moreover, the app is rumored to be coming to Android smartphones soon as well.
