Linspire, a new space dedicated to sport and well-being in Concarneau – Concarneau
[ad_1]
A room dedicated to sports and well-being opened its doors a few weeks ago in the Lin district in Concarneau. A shared space, called Linspire. “At the origin of this room, there was the observation that there is a real problem of rooms in Concarneau, for our activities, explains Agnès Pic-Paris, the initiator of the project. The idea was not to create a yoga studio, but a space open to both associations and independent speakers ”. Speakers mostly working in South Finistère and who therefore meet in one and the same place, according to an established schedule, also with the objective of offering a wide choice of activities to the public.
Around ten speakers work as follows: Françoise Vion (relaxation, sophrology), Pascale Hervé Sandesh (association Asana, Kundali and Kriya yoga), Agnès Pic-Paris (Viniyoga), Nathalie Bourgeon (Pilates, Qi gong, postural empowerment, balloon gym ), Nicole Ferembach (dance-Pilates fusion), Stéphanie Parisi (self-defense), Anne Denis (Biodanza), Éric Charlot (wellness workshop), Activ’sport association (ball gym for pregnant women), Karine Trévarin (hypnosis collective).
Note that an open house operation is being organized for yoga activities this Saturday afternoon (Kundalini yoga sessions at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. and Viniyoga at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.).
