In a press release published this Wednesday, October 13, the Champagne club announces that the Spanish coach has been laid off as a precaution.

« In view of the results, below the expected objectives and in order to protect the best interests of the institution, the Stade de Reims informs of the layoff on a protective basis of Oscar Garcia, as coach of the professional team. The interim will be ensured by William Still, current assistant coach, states the press release in question.
