Ligue 1 – No PSG player in the standard team of the 36th day of L’Equipe

As after each day of the championship, The Team established its standard team for the 36th round of Ligue 1 2021-2022 which was played this weekend (except Nice and Nantes who played in the Coupe de France final and will face Saint-Etienne and Rennes this Wednesday). With its 2-2 draw (PSG/Troyes video summary here) at the Parc des PrincesParis Saint-Germain sees none of its players selected.

The Parisian absence seems rather logical, since PSG still generally disappointed with this draw conceded against the promoted Trojan. He still does not have enough regularity or collective effort to have a satisfactory result.

However, Marquinhos (27-year-old central defender) and Angel Di Maria (34-year-old winger) showed positive things and are both decisive (goal and assist). They could have had a place in this team. The first had to repair the mistakes of his teammates, while the second could have more assists on the counter if his teammates had been more skilful.
