A Paris SG football player had his wallet stolen on Tuesday evening while driving through the Bois de Boulogne, west of Paris.
The police were called around 8 pm in a street near the Bois de Boulogne, for the « simple theft, in his car, of the wallet », which means that there would have been no violence committed against the player.
At the Red light
The damage was assessed at 200 euros. No indication was given on the circumstances of the theft.
According to the daily Le Parisien, a prostitute would have taken advantage of a stop at a red light of the player in an alley of the Bois de Boulogne to get into his vehicle and steal his wallet and his phone which were in evidence in the passenger compartment. In exchange for the return of his phone, the player would have agreed to drop it off at a specific location.
