LASSO Playlist by Jake Evans
[ad_1]
After two years of waiting, the LASSO Montreal festival will finally take place at Parc Jean-Drapeau on August 12 and 13.
Ticket: LASSO Montreal
For the occasion, Jake Evans prepared us a playlist of her favorite country songs and she will make you want to break out your cowboy boots and hat!
Please note that some songs may contain explicit language and are intended for mature audiences.
We understand why Jake added That’s My Kind of Night by Luke Bryan. The song gives itself the typical tunes of a country song that talks about pick-ups, cold drinks and partying with the boys with a rhythm that gives the taste of going on a road trip by car. Luke will take the stage on August 13 at 9:20 p.m. to close LASSO. You won’t want to miss this.
Dierks Bentley has had a remarkable career spanning over 20 years, his song Somewhere on a Beach is a staple for Evans and you can hear many of his hits during the festival.
Old Dominion is found more than once in the list with songs. The group from Nashville includes a great hockey fan, Trevor Rosen, guitarist and keyboardist of the group, who participated in the International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament. The group will be on stage on August 12 at 8:10 p.m.

Toronto’s Evans is living proof that a city boy can play country. Follow Canadians on Spotify to compare his playlist to those compiled by Nick Suzuki and Brendan Gallagher.
We are expecting you in large numbers, ideally by metro, since we are not sure if horses are accepted on the festival site. A complaints desk will soon be open for this purpose.
And who knows, you might see a few Habs players join in the festivities!
