Lamborghini celebrates a record year 2021!

In 2021, Lamborghini significantly increased its market share in the Grand Luxe segment (> 450hp). This success is worthily celebrated at Autoworld Brussels with extremely rare models to admire as part of the Supercar Story exhibition.

If you go to Autoworld Brussels before January 23, you can’t miss it: a Lamborghini Huracán with a very special livery is waiting for you right outside the doors of the museum. This « Never Give Up » livery was created by Princess Delphine of Saxe Coburg for young pilot Esteban Muth. Last August, the Belgian raced with this livery on his Huracán GT3 during the DTM round at Zolder.

Once through the doors, Lamborghini has other surprises in store for you: a Huracán STO; an Aventador SVJ Roadster Xago Edition, limited to 10 units worldwide (sold out); a V12 Vision GT developed for the video game Gran Turismo Sport, straight from the museum and finally, also in Belgian Premiere, an Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae, ultimate edition, as its name suggests, of the Aventador, whose all 600 copies have already been sold!

+ 44% in 2021!

In 2021, Lamborghini achieved exceptional figures with 56 registrations. But, with registrations abroad, the order book is more representative: combined with that of Bentley Brussels, this numbered 250 vehicles in 2021. In Belgium, Lamborghini increased by 44%, with a market share increased from 4.4% to around 8% in the Grand Luxe segment (> 450hp)!

In this segment as a whole, the market share of Lamborghini and Bentley is 22.2%, while that of the D’Ieteren group (Porsche, Bentley, Bugatti and Lamborghini) is close to 45%!

Customizations and satisfaction on the rise

“Last year, we also noticed a strong evolution of the amount reserved for packages bespoke customization, explains David Favest, General Manager of Lamborghini Brussels. For a Lamborghini, customers now reserve an average budget for the Ad Personam program, which is well over €50,000 excluding taxes. With some cars, this budget even exceeds €180,000! »

The health crisis has also given rise to new services offered to customers, such as #One2OneXperience, allowing them to configure their car from home, in a dematerialized way. This experience is only available in the company of a salesperson who, remotely, gives access to the most powerful configurators in the world, where more than 1.7 million images per model are stored in ultra high definition. “To develop this service, we renewed our entire IT system with 2x more powerful Teams bandwidth. This increases the personalization rate with 10 billion possible combinations. “, further details David Favest.

If the customer wishes to complete the configuration in the dealership, it will then be privatized, only for him, with a prepared test vehicle. Remember that the Bentley, Lamborghini and Bugatti Brussels dealerships are now open by appointment only.

The personalization experience can even be taken a step further by setting up a virtual meeting directly with the Lamborghini design team in Italy. « This is how a Belgian, for the record, configured one of the most incredible and expensive paintings in Europe, » says the General Manager of Lamborghini Brussels.

The #One2OneXperience service has also been set up for after-sales, making it possible to pick up and bring back a vehicle where the customer wishes, to carry out maintenance, either via closed transport or via driver.

Launched during the health crisis in order to limit contact, these new services have made it possible to increase the satisfaction rate to more than 90%.
