La Marseillaise Déborah Pardo, winner of the Sport and Management Trophy
La Marseillaise Déborah Pardo is one of the winners of the Sport and Management Trophies organized by the TPS Conseil agency, in partnership with France Bleu. His prize was presented to him this Wednesday evening at the National Assembly.
The Sport and Management Trophies reward projects and players in the field (associations, club federations, local authorities, etc.) who innovate by putting sport at the service of social, educational, digital, economic or strategic performance. The jury is made up of around thirty personalities including former athletes, elected officials and representatives of the world of sport and the media.
Déborah Pardo is distinguished in the category of actors of sport / CSR / RSO (social responsibility of companies / organizations) for her action with the association « Earthship Sisters » created in 2018. This doctor in ecology was already elected in 2017 in the top 20 innovative women by the newspaper La Tribune after being the French premiere on the largest women’s expedition in history to Antarctica. This adventure then trained 78 scientists in leadership to save the Planet.
About twenty women supported each year
Earthship Sisters is a multi-month training program dedicated to women to develop their leadership in business, especially on environmental issues. It is about helping women to dare to take action and embark on their business creation projects while taking environmental issues into account. The project offers them a one-year turnkey support in the realization of their projects. Each year, the association recruits around twenty women who want to change their professional course. For the third promotion, applications will be open online from 𝟭𝟴 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘂 𝟮𝟴 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭 for a program that will run from January 2022 to December 2022.
Sport to reveal its potential
The tool of choice in supporting candidates is sailing, with the organization of two regattas, five training weekends in the great outdoors and 15 days of navigation. Sport is for Earthship Sisters a lever to reveal its potential.
In three years, 27 companies have been created thanks to this Earthship Sisters project.
