Max Kruse and VfL Wolfsburg will probably take different paths. A buyer club for the German plays in Major League Soccer.
Kruse, 34, who no longer plays any role under Nico Kovac, could soon realize his dream of playing football in MLS. Indeed, in addition to Inter Miami which has already expressed its interest in the former international, it is now Los Angeles FC which seems to be considering securing the services of Kruse.
LAFC coach Steven Cherundolo revealed to “Bild”: “Such a player with such qualities should be a talking point for every team, including LAFC”. The coming week will determine whether the hoped-for transfer will take place soon or only in winter.
Indeed, discussions are said to be underway for an early termination of the contract, in particular to no longer have to pay the salary of 1.2 million euros remaining to Kruse.
Kruse himself said about a possible change: “The United States will be a stage at the end of my career anyway. I think America is a great country”.
