Italy – AC Milan: Oscar Damiani praises Yacine Adli

New AC Milan player, Yacine Adli is admired in Italy through his performances. Former Italian striker and now Sporting Director, Oscar Damiani was full of praise for the Franco-Algerian midfielder ahead of Saturday’s friendly against ZTE.

Indeed, at the microphone of Sportitalia before the ZTE-Milan match, the one who stopped his football career in 1986, praised the new midfielder of the Italian champion team. “He has qualities, a good physique and technique. He is not used to Italian football and its tight spaces to integrate into our league. If Maldini and Massara chose him, it’s because he’s good”, declared Oscar Damiani.

This media outing by the former Inter, AC Milan and Napoli striker was not just to throw flowers at the player. Since Yacine Adli, although he did not start as a starter in Pioli’s formation, managed to deliver a fine assist on the last goal of Milan’s 3-2 defeat. The midfielder was the author of a very good performance against the Hungarians this Saturday.
