This Wednesday evening, as part of the Magnus Ice Hockey League, Rouen easily beat Amiens (4-1), while Angers disposed of Bordeaux (2-1).
Rouen showed authority. This Wednesday evening, as part of the Magnus Ice Hockey League, the Rouen club won quite clearly, on its own ice, against the Amiens club (4-1). After a relatively balanced first period, everything started to play out in the second period. Indeed, at that time, the locals then made a small difference. Two goals scored by one and the same man, namely the Canadian striker Kelsey Tessier. From the start of the third and final period, the Amiens certainly found a little hope when Canadian forward Alexandre Boivin reduced the gap. A goal that has not been followed up. Immediately after, French striker Quentin Tomasino allowed his side to take off, before defender Dylan Yeo finally closed the score of this meeting. Rouen is second and Amiens fifth.
Bordeaux saved the honor but it was not enough
Finally, in the second and last meeting of the evening, Angers had the last word against Bordeaux (2-1). In the first period, neither team took the advantage over the other. From the start of the second period, the Angevins took their responsibilities, with a first goal scored by Canadian striker Philippe Halley. Thereafter, it was therefore necessary to wait for the third and last period to see the score move again. First thanks to the locals, who therefore increased their lead with a second and final goal scored by French striker Teo Sarlieve. Finally, at the very end of the game, it was the Canadian striker Kevin Spinozzi who saved the honor for the Bordelais, but this awakening was therefore much too late. In the standings, Angers is third while Bordeaux is eighth.
