« He’s the best scorer of all time »

For Philadelphia Flyers assistant coach Michel Therrien, there is no doubt that the leading scorer in the history of the National Hockey League is a sectional rival.

« He’s amazing, » he said on Thursday on the show. JiC, speaking of Washington Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin.

The 36-year-old Russian passed Marcel Dionne on Wednesday, fifth in NHL history for goals, with 732.

“I don’t want to take anything away from the other good scorers, but for me he’s the all-time leading scorer,” he continued. I say that because there is a big difference between the quality of goalkeepers today and those of past years. «
