Tuesday, August 16, 2022, the Freiburg police (Germany) did not fail to notice two superb racing cars go at full speed in the Höllental, close to the Alsatian borderas revealed by our German colleagues from Badische Zeitung.
They were driving at 150 km/h and the speed being limited to 100 km/h in this sector, the drivers of the Porsche Carrera 4 and the Ferrari F430 were arrested.
The police then discover that they have, in addition to speeding, not allowed to drive in Germany because their vehicles were in process of registration on French territory.
The cars returned to France on the back of a tow truck
What’s more, one of the drivers was caught in the act while he was at the phone while driving. A list offenses which therefore only lengthened for these gentlemen.
The keys to the two sports cars were confiscated by the police and the return to Alsace racing cars was made, this time, on the back of a tow truck. The fine is likely to be salty, the procedure is in progress.
