German football club reimburses underage fans for PCR tests

German football club Eintracht Frankfurt have announced that they will reimburse fans aged 7-18 who must pass the PCR test to participate in the next two home games up to € 50.
All supporters who are minors and adults who can prove that they cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons will be compensated. If you prefer, you can also choose a voucher of € 70 for the club shop.
“Particularly difficult”
The two matches concerned are the reception of Hertha Berlin in the Bundesliga on Saturday and the reception of Olympiacos in the Europa League on October 21. “The current PCR testing requirements present some difficulties, especially for our young supporters and their families, which seems to affect this age group only in football, and here,” said Axel Hermann Club. A spokesperson for the council said he justified this measure.
