Where will Gareth Bale play next season? The Welsh winger is coming to the end of his contract with Real Madrid. The 32-year-old hasn’t said his last word at the highest level, however. Especially since he wants to land in great shape for the World Cup in November. And a new major suitor has just been added to this file.

As we learn The Guardian, Aston Villa would be very interested in the Welsh international (105 caps). Trained by Steven Gerrard, the Villans have already hit very hard during this summer transfer window. They were able to secure the services of Philippe Coutinho, Diego Carlos or Boubacar Kamara.

There is no doubt that this is a challenge that could make Gareth Bale happy. He would find a championship he knows very well, in a particularly ambitious project. A perfect idea to relaunch at the highest level!
