Without disclosing the sales figures compiled from the start of the campaign until September 1, the Garber circuit released its top 25 best sellers. In terms of Adidas brand jerseys offered on MLSstore.com, Bale is ahead of Charlotte FC defender Christian Fuchs and LAFC star Carlos Vela. Behind them, forwards Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez (Los Angeles Galaxy) and Josef Martinez (Atlanta United FC) occupy the fourth and fifth echelons respectively.
Moreover, CF Montreal has no representative within this hierarchy. Toronto FC bet on Lorenzo Insigne in 23rd place. Canadian athletes are completely absent from the list. A total of 16 countries are in the top 25 most popular jerseys. The Seattle Sounders dominate the MLS with four color carriers in the select group, namely Raul Ruidiaz (sixth), Jordan Morris (ninth), Cristian Roldan (14th) and Nicolas Lodeiro (16th).
