From the « Super League » to the Super PSG: how Qatar dislodged the old nobility of European football

THEa « Super League » is not dead. It still hovers in the air pushed by the breath of Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and Juventus. She also invited herself to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) to denounce the monopoly of UEFA. The “Super League” could therefore flourish again in the spring of 2022 when the CJEU is due to issue its judgment, which could have the same scope as the Bosman judgment of December 15, 1995.
