France – Ligue 1: Youcef Belaïli would have extended with Stade Brestois
Coming to the end of his contract with Stade Brestois this summer, all eyes were on Youcef Belaïli’s situation. According to the latest news, the Algerian striker has extended his lease at the French Ligue 1 club.
As the editorial staff of Africa Foot United pointed out on Saturday with the words of the player’s father, Belaïli would have formalized his contract renewal on Saturday evening with Brest. According to Mohamed Toubahce-Ter, Former Communication/Press Manager in Angers, the 30-year-old player has renewed his lease for two additional years with the Rouge et Blanc. There remains confirmation by Stade Brestois, which will not be long in coming.
The player came to spend the last six months of the last exercise with Brest on behalf of the past season. The 30-year-old left winger, who came free from Qatar SC in January, has managed to score three goals and three assists in 13 Ligue 1 appearances for Ty’Zefs.
