Formula 1 | Verstappen annoyed by the reliability of his Red Bull? Horner is not worried

Although Max Verstappen has won the last two races and is 19 points behind Charles Leclerc in the Formula 1 world championship, the defending champion has already retired twice this season, in Bahrain then in Melbourne, each times due to reliability issues on his RB18.

And in Miami, the Dutchman was again frustrated with technical issues on Friday that was wasting valuable taxi time. His father Jos also declared in the press that he understood that his son was irritated by such a situation.

Should Red Bull be worried about seeing its driver get annoyed by all these reliability problems? This is obviously not the case of its director Christian Horner.

« We are a team, we are in this all together. We push him and he does the same with us. »

« I don’t think we expected to be as good at the start of the season, after having fought for the title to the end last year.

« Max is driving very maturely and he is doing a great job. Last year he was already driving at a very high level and he is continuing to do so this season. »
