Formula 1 | Steiner: Haas F1 wants to ‘aim for points in every race’

After two races in the points, Haas F1 wants to continue its momentum. Günther Steiner, the team principal, confirms that the objective will now be to aim for the top 10 in each race, at least, while waiting to see the evolution of each of the teams.

« I think it’s realistic that we can aim for points in every race, at least for the first half of the season, and then we’ll see if the teams make big moves or pick up a lot of pace. » notes Steiner.

« I’m optimistic that we can keep this form, we just have to try to score points with both cars. »

The return of Kevin Magnussen to the team has allowed Mick Schumacher to see how he is behind the Dane in terms of performance. Steiner believes that the collaboration between the two men is promising.

« I think the relationship between them is quite good. Mick can now have a reference with Kevin, and Kevin is trying to help Mick with the experience he gained from driving Formula 1 single-seaters for six years in his career. . »

« Internally, the team works very well together on both sides of the garage, whether it’s the engineers and the mechanics, there is a very good atmosphere at the moment.
