Formula 1 | Spa-Francorchamps: The Raidillon grandstand is under construction

The Spa-Francorchamps circuit continues its work. After the return of the gravel traps around the bends, it is the stands that are under construction. That of the Raidillon de l’Eau Rouge necessarily attracts the eye, by its placement, but especially by its size.

After the destruction of the chalet which was at the top of the mythical bend, the circuit has now begun the construction of this major infrastructure, which will be able to accommodate many more fans at the top of the Raidillon.

The circuit wants to obtain an homologation allowing it not only to continue to host F1, but also to host the competitions of the International Motorcycling Federation.

Among these, there is in particular the 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps motorcycle, which must be held on June 4 and 5. By then, the works will be finished in Spa.
