Formula 1 | Miami is not enough: F1 needs an American driver according to Stroll

But the situation remains problematic because in the dry, Aston Martin F1 would have had a hard time getting into the points. Will we then see a return to normal in Miami this weekend?

Sebastian Vettel, who therefore remains on a convincing last Grand Prix (Q3 on Friday, 8th place on Sunday), hopes to continue his momentum, who knows… He is in any case enthusiastic to discover a new route in Miami.

Stroll wants to see an American driver in F1

Lance Stroll also showed his best at Imola, with a 10th place in the race. He is also happy to see F1 focus on the United States.

The first race on a new circuit is always one of the most exciting, you go there with limited data and you race against time to familiarize yourself with the track. »

To gain even more popularity across the Atlantic, the Canadian believes that F1 will need to have a titular American driver in the future. The last American to race in F1 was Alexander Rossi in 2015…
