Formula 1 | Latifi: Russell is formidable in the race, despite the image of ‘Mr. Saturday’

Nicholas Latifi has revealed that he is impressed with George Russell, who he has teamed up with since last year at Williams F1. The Briton recovered the label from Monsieur Samedi thanks to his very good performances in qualifying.

But in Hungary, Russell scored points, and Latifi assures that the one who will certainly be at Mercedes next year is also formidable on Sunday.

He predicts a great future for him at Mercedes F1, while the confirmation of the transfer could come before Monza: « I think if he goes to Mercedes we have already seen what he was capable of doing last year in Bahrain, so I have no doubt that he will be in the rhythm right away. . «
