Formula 1 | Kvyat continues Pirelli’s 18 inch program in France
Daniil Kvyat continued Pirelli’s 2022 tire testing program in France on Wednesday.
The Alpine F1 reserve driver completed 91 laps in wet conditions at Magny Cours as part of a test dedicated to Intermediate and Rain tires.
The circuit hosted the Formula 1 French Grand Prix from 1991-2008, but has since only been used occasionally by F1 for private testing.
Pirelli did not give any lap times, as usual, but a breakdown of the laps completed: 25 in Intermediate and 66 in Rain.
The tests are to continue today for a second and final day.
