Formula 1 2022 – French Grand Prix – « Get young people rolling! »

The French Grand Prix at Le Castellet would have been a great opportunity to see French hopeful Théo Pourchaire ride in the Alfa Romeo on Friday, but his Formula 2 program deprived him of it. One more impediment for the title contender, in this season when the team bosses have nevertheless agreed to offer driving to their young people on the first day of the Grands Prix. But Théo Pourchaire is not the only one in this case, far from it. In fact, only Red Bull and Williams gave their youngsters a drive in 2022, last May in Montmelo, as part of the Spanish Grand Prix.

Piastri at Alpine, we hoped that this either at Le Castellet, and there they just said ‘No, it will be after the (summer) break’. »
