The final classification of the 2022 edition of the Italian Grand Prix

New success for Max Verstappen in this 2022 season. This is the 11th in 16 Grand Prix. He is ahead of Charles Leclerc, who started in pole position, and George Russell. The Briton signs his 7th podium of the season. On the French side, Pierre Gasly finished 8th and therefore scored 4 points. Esteban Ocon is outside the Top 10 while Fernando Alonso, his teammate at Alpine, was forced to retire. Alpine concedes six points to McLaren in its fight for 4th place.
