Ex-official in MLS and minor circuits

A high-level soccer referee, including in the MLS from 2014 to 2020, Richard Gamache is a retired referee, but remains a trainer and supervisor of officials. At 98.5, Monday morning, he delivers a testimony that makes you think a lot.

Dissatisfied after a decision, a young man of about 16, playing in an elite AAA caliber, rushed at Mr. Gamache, before punching him in the head. Occurred in a sporting context in 2003, he had relied on the sanction of the federation. Today, however, he would file a complaint with the police.
