Resume a sports activity. Here is a good resolution of back to school ! For this, city of Vernon (Eure) and the Vernon Bodybuilding Health Club (CMSV) will help us.
Hocine El Korbi, state-certified coach, gives an appointment to all Vernonnais over 18 years old on Sunday, from 11 a.m. to noon, for a sports practice offered by the city.
Reach out to those who dare not
The objective is clear. It must allow those who have always wanted to practice a sports activity without daring to enter gymnasium to take the plunge with benevolent advice from a professional.
The sporty veterans are also welcome.

The meeting places will be diversified: banks of the SeineGrévarin gymnasium, Bizy forestfoundry park.

To participate in these free sessions, all you have to do is register via the QR Code available on the CMSV website, come in suitable clothing and don’t forget your bottle of water at the meeting point indicated on the website for the following Sunday. The number of places is limited to 15.
