Griezmann shouldn’t budge

It remains to be seen whether Antoine Griezmann and Atlético Madrid would accept Spurs’ advances. Nothing is less sure. In his media outings, coach Diego Simeone regularly compliments the mentality and performance of his striker. We can think that the Argentine coach and his superiors have no reason to push him towards the exit.

As for the main interested party, everyone knows his preference for the Spanish championship. The Habs international has never seemed interested in the Premier League, not even back when Manchester United coveted him. It would therefore be surprising to see him slip away at this point in his career. Only the financial aspect could possibly make the different parties think. But at almost 31 years old, Antoine Griezmann will surely not receive a golden bridge from Tottenham, which is not the type to offer crazy sums.
