David Goffin wins his 6th career title in Marrakech

David Goffin (ATP No. 74) won the sixth title of his career at the ATP tournament in Marrakech.

A great sense of accomplishment for David Goffin, after some tough times on the circuit recently: He won the title in Marrakech with a 3:6, 6:3, 6:3 against surprise runner-up Alex Molcan (ATP #65 ), which had notably disqualified the number one seed, Félix Auger-Aliassime. Goffin, a former world number 7, has also had some early defeats this year. In Marrakech, however, he regained his confidence beating Pablo Andujar, Roberto Carballes Baena and Federico Coria, among others. The Belgian will also move up the world rankings, tomorrow he will be in the top 50 again.
