Crystal Palace Mercato: Hennessey goes to Burnley

Arrived at the end of his contract with Crystal Palace, Wayne Hennessey signed on Tuesday with another Premier League club.

The Welsh goalkeeper will continue his career with Burnley. The 34-year-old footballer signed a two-year lease with the Clarets, until June 2023. This contract includes an option for an additional year. The player with 96 caps for Wales, present in Rob Page’s squad during the Euro, has played 181 Premier League games since the start of his career. Last season, he had only taken part in one Carabao Cup meeting.
