To recover, he also has a personalized cryotherapy room and has been using this method since 2013.

According to The Sun, Critiano Ronaldo would have been spent 58,000 euros to repatriate this machine from Turin to Manchester during his transfer this summer. This machine allows to reach -200 degrees and it facilitates the rehabilitation of human tissues. Given the longevity of the Portuguese, this technique may be useful for him to recover from Premier League games.
