The Indianapolis Colts have offered $80 million to offensive lineman Quenton Nelson.
The four-year deal, with $60 million guaranteed, sees Nelson become the highest-paid guard in the Goodell league.
The 26-year-old Nelson has stood out since joining the NFL in 2018 with the Indianapolis Colts. He was sidelined for a few games during the campaign, but before the 2021 season, he had featured in all 16 games for his team in each of the seasons.
The Colts begin their 2022 season against the Houston Texans.
