Clermont Foot strengthens its corridors. After securing the signing of Brazilian Neto Borgesarrived free from Genk, the Auvergne club is preparing to announce another arrival in this compartment of the game: that of Algerian Mehdi Zeffane. A two-year contract (plus an optional additional year) awaits the former African champion.
Without a club since leaving Yeni Malatyaspor (Turkish Süper Lig) last April, Zeffane (30) will make up for the departure of his compatriot Akim Zedadka in Lille. The player trained at Olympique Lyonnais will return to Ligue 1 three years after leaving Rennes for Kryla Sovetov Samara in Russia.
