In Haute-Savoie, the snow is gradually starting to settle and already announces the arrival of winter in our massifs and their ski resorts. The time has therefore undoubtedly come to to equip, for this new winter season!

If you run out of clothing or sports equipment, and want to get it at a low price, then the ski fair organized in Chamonix (Haute-Savoie) on November 20 should interest you. It will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Chamonix swimming pool gymnasium.

Whether you are a fan of alpine skiing, mountaineering, hockey, ice skating, but also bicycles, scooters or paragliding … You should find what you are looking for, whether in terms of material, shoes or clothing. 4,500 items, new and used, will be on sale at a low price!

To sell your equipment, register it on the site

And if you have this type of item and want to part with it, that will also be possible. To do this, you will have to register on the ski exchange website, each item of clothing or shoes that you want to sell, before Thursday, November 18 at midnight.

Otherwise, it will also be possible to do it on site, Friday November 19 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.. Knowing that for each item, you will have to pay € 1 if the registration is done online, but € 3 if the registration is done on site.

Other conditions are also to be taken into account: the price of all the articles is framed, which can go from 10 € minimum to 400 € maximum, except for paragliders which may be sold at a higher price. And the ski purse will take 15% commission on sales.

If you want become a volunteer and participate in the ski fair, know that volunteers benefit from a private sale before the doors open to the public, and will be able to drop off their equipment free of charge.

Deposit of items for sale: Friday, November 19 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Payment of sales and withdrawal of unsold items: Sunday, November 21 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
