Challenge League: Lausanne wins the match at the top –

Lausanne is now alone at the top of the Challenge League. The Vaud team won the top game against Wil 4-0.

The Vaudois, who had already made a name for themselves by knocking FC Zurich out of the Swiss Cup, thus clearly showed that they were indeed the No. 1 favorites for promotion. They largely dominated Saint-Gallois, very friable in defense. Sanches (11th), Suzuki (43rd), Coyle (60th) and Labeau (67th) made the misfortune of porter Keller.

Still no success for Xamax

The first pursuer of the Lausannois is now FC Aarau, who could only take one point during the trip to Yverdon. All of the game’s goals came in the last 25 minutes. Twice, the Argovians led in the score but Le Pogam and Beyer answered for the players of Schällibaum, who remained on three defeats in a row.

Neuchâtel Xamax is still looking for its first exercise success. The Neuchâtelois lost 2-1 on the lawn of Thun. They were thus unable to take their revenge on an opponent who had kicked them out of the Swiss Cup two weeks ago with the same score.
