Can 2021: Roger Milla requests the support of the OAPI to animate the « village of Lions »

Denis Bohoussou, the Director General of the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI) received in audience this October 05, a delegation from the Calif association, the Collective of Former Indomitable Lions of Football led by Roger MILLA, the legend of African football.

The Goodwill Ambassador of the Presidency of the Republic of Cameroon that accompanied Jules Denis Onana and Bertin Ebwele other former Indomitable Lions, came to pay a courtesy visit to the Director General of the Organization.

Roger milla seized this circumstance to request the accompaniment and support of theOAPI as part of the organization and animation at Yaounde, a cultural and artistic space, « The village of Lions », during the African Cup of Nations (CAN) that Cameroon will host in January 2022.

An initiative of this association which intends to make this African continental sporting event, an unforgettable moment for Cameroonians and their African hosts and the world.

Mr. Denis Bohoussou, said he was happy to welcome a worthy son of Africa to the premises of OAPI, where Roger MILLA worked for 6 years, before his departure for a professional football career in France. He also reassured his interlocutor of OAPI’s support for this great initiative.
